Welcome to Drapa, a fashion social app for discovering looks, sharing Moments, joining live rooms, chatting, and sending virtual gifts. By creating an account or using Drapa, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Drapa provides Home Discover, Moments (posts and detail), Live rooms, messaging and related call entry points, Fashion Assistant features, virtual coins, gifts, profiles, follows, and safety tools. We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Drapa may be available in multiple App Store countries under the same Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country. One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade bans or abuse limits.

3. User Content (UGC)

You may post photos, videos, captions, comments, messages, and other content. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant Drapa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have all rights needed to post the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

4. Virtual Currency, Coins, and Gifts

Drapa may offer virtual coins purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and virtual gifts that can be sent in live rooms or chats. Coins and gifts have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are licensed for use only inside Drapa. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms. Except where required by law, coin purchases are non-refundable. We may adjust pricing, catalogs, or balances for fraud, errors, or abuse.

5. Fashion Assistant

AI suggestions are for inspiration only and are not professional fashion, medical, or commercial advice. You are responsible for how you use any suggestions. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable sharing with our processing providers.

7. Live Streams and Community Safety

Hosts and viewers must follow community guidelines. Drapa may moderate live rooms, Moments posts, and messages. Reporting and blocking tools are provided; misuse of those tools is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers

Drapa is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI suggestions, or the conduct of other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drapa and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using Drapa at any time and may request account deletion in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or inactivity. Provisions that should survive (licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Drapa operates its primary business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue, except where consumer laws require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in-app or by email when feasible.
